I'm really not that good at this kind of thing, but I'll do it anyways. I don't have seven people to tag back because Michele (Sweet Irie Designs), who tagged me, took my people!!! Hmmm, let me see...who can I tag? I'll keep thinking. Meanwhile.....
The rules are:
1. To link the tagger and provide the rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blogs.
Alrighty then....hmmm....seven facts about me. Have I done this before? It seems so familiar!
1. I met my husband on eHarmony.com, and we knew we wanted to be married before we even met in person.
2. I spent three years as a teenager, in Okinawa, because my Air Force dad was stationed there.
3. I am a SERIOUS chocoholic...like an addict...really. Well, you could even say I'm addicted to sugar!
4. I have a teenage son, and a toddler son. We are in the process of adopting the toddler.
5. I sang the National Anthem at a minor league hockey game in New Mexico.
6. I love to read, and am currently reading "True Light", the third in a series from author, Terri Blackstock.
7. I love to watch shows like "24", "Without a Trace", "Cold Case", and "Prison Break", but would probably have never watched them before I met my hubby.
WHEW! That was kind of tough!
Ok, well, I thought of a couple of people I could tag:
Beki from Pampering Beki (or Desperately Avoiding Housework)
Nona from Nona Pearl
Dena from The Sugar Shop
There you have it! Sorry, but I could only come up with three. If you want to be tagged, leave me a comment, and I'll be glad to tag you!

Want to Win an Amazon.com Gift Card?
THIS giveaway is now closed.

Happy Monday! Last week was my anniversary....July 17th. My hubby and I have been married for 4 very happy years, after having met on eHarmony.com. My son and I moved from New Mexico to California, only 3 days after our wedding, so we had NO honeymoon! If things work out, we will be taking our honeymoon for our 5 year anniversary, in HAWAII!!! By ourselves!!! That will be wonderful.
Sooooo, in celebration of our anniversary, I will be giving away one $40 Gift Card for Amazon.com. Contrary to what I understood before, anyone from anywhere in the world may enter to win!!! So the giveaway is open worldwide. Here's how you can win.
1. You can leave a comment about what you would purchase from Amazon.com if you won the gift card. This will earn you one entry.
2. To earn an additional entry, you can blog about this on your blog. If you have more than one blog, please feel free to blog about it on all of them. Then come back here and leave a NEW comment with a link for each blog. Yes, you will earn an extra entry for EACH blog on which you talk about this giveaway!!! Just leave a SEPARATE comment for each blog.
3. You can earn 5 additional entries if you become a subscriber to The Downtown Boutique through Feedblitz. Just scroll down on the left hand side of the blog, and you will see where you can enter your email to subscribe. Please leave a separate comment if you choose to do this.
4. You can earn 15 additional entries if you make a little movie about why you need an Amazon.com Gift Card. You must upload the movie to YouTube.com, and then email me the link! I will post as many movies as I can on the blog. Please make sure it is clean, or I will not give the additional 15 entries.
DEADLINE TO ENTER: July 31, 2008 We will draw for the winner on August 1st.
So there you have it! Help us to celebrate our anniversary, and we'll give you something to celebrate too!
Have a great day!
Angie
